We deliver products within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

• Shipping partner delays.
• Public holidays, strikes, or natural events.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or minimum order values (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
• You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website/app.

5. Delivery Areas

• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Defective Delivery

• If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately at lupclo2025@gmail.com.
• Damaged/defective products are covered under our Return & Refund Policy.
