1. Returns

Products can be returned within 8 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• You must provide an unboxing video in case of defective/damaged products.
  

Items not eligible for return:

• Products purchased on sale/discount.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Items without proper proof of damage/defect.

2. Exchanges / Replacements

If the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 2 days.

Once approved, we will deliver the exchange/replacement product within 7–10 business days.

3. Refunds

If you choose a refund instead of exchange:

• Refund requests will be verified by our team.
• Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 6–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Partial refunds may be granted if the product is not in original condition.
